Rental within UAE only: Cars must not be taken/driven outside the UAE.
Driving License: All drivers must have a locally accepted driving licenser for at least 6 months. U.A.E residents require a current UAE license. Visitors should present a valid national and international license from their country of origin.
Age : Renters must be at least 23 years old for a rental for fully comprehensive Insurance.
Accident: In the even of an accident you must notify the police immediately. You should not drive or move the vehicle until the police issue a report. Failure to submit a police report to Green Car Rental LLC will render you liable for all costs incurred as a result of the accident.
Traffic Fines: For every traffic and municipality fine incurred during the rental period, you will be charge automatically plus a fee of AED50 to cover for administration costs.
Terms of Payment: The cost of rental and insurance charges are payable in advance wither in cash or through major credit cards. A pre-authorization on the credit card will be taken at the time of rental for Salik (Road toll charges) and traffic fines.
Insurance: Our cars are comprehensively insured and include third party liability limited to Dh. 1Million for property damage. The insurance policy also includes unlimited liability in case of death or permanent disability caused by bodily injury subject to the UAE courtÂ’s verdict.
The renter will be charged the first Dh.2000 for each accident in which he/she is at fault.
Renters can waive accident responsibility by purchasing the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). The personal Accident Insurance (PAI) can also be obtained at the time of rental to cover the driver and passengers in case of death or permanent disability caused by bodily injury whilst in the rented vehicle. All insurance coverage is valid only within the UAE.
Delivery & Collection: We can collect and deliver cars free of charge within the city limits during normal office hours in Abu Dhabi subject to availability of drivers. A minimum charge of Dh 50 is applicable within the city limits of Dubai (one way). Outside the city, delivery and collection charges of Dh100 will be levied and charged according to location of pick up and drop off.
